West/East exposure at an altitude of 55 meters. Temperate degraded oceanic climate. The temperatures are never extreme (neither very hot nor very cold). Mild, rainy winters and cool summers and relatively humid.
Organic not certified. Mechanical soil tillage (stripping machine, discs and cultivating blades) Treatments sulfur + copper + horsetail 7 to 12 times a year.
Maceration in whole bunches of 2 to 3 weeks in concrete vats of 53 hecto. Indigenous yeasts. No SO2. Maceration at room temperature. Run-off of free-run juices every 2 days. No punching down / winding. Slow horizontal press. No fining, filtration.
